Eleven consultants from SUM, AIIMS, Apollo, SCB and Hi-Tech see patients at our Jagamara centre — nine of them in a regular evening clinic, two more by arrangement. The consultation, the blood draw and the signed report all happen in one building, most often before you go home.
Each card carries the days that consultant actually sits, marked on a week dial — so you can see at a glance whether Thursday works before you pick up the phone. Two consultants are seen by arrangement rather than on a fixed evening.
MBBS, MS (ENT)
Ear discharge, sinus and voice complaints, hearing loss — with audiometry, tympanometry and laryngoscopy in the same building.
MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology)
Menstrual and hormonal problems, antenatal care and fertility work-up — with the hormone reports read in the same sitting.
MBBS, DNB (Medicine)
Diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid and long-standing fevers. HbA1c, KFT and lipid results are usually on the desk before the consultation ends.
MD (Skin & VD)
Acne, eczema, fungal infection, pigmentation and hair fall — including the thyroid, iron and vitamin panels behind most hair complaints.
MBBS, MD (Medicine), DM (Neuro Medicine)
Headache, seizures, giddiness, tremor, stroke follow-up and nerve pain. EEG, NCV and NCS are done here, so the tracing reaches the same consultant.
MD (Paediatrics)
Newborn checks, growth and feeding worries, recurrent fever and childhood asthma — with a Sunday morning clinic for parents who work all week.
MD (Medicine), DM (Hepatology)
Jaundice, fatty liver, hepatitis, acidity and long-running abdominal pain — read alongside an LFT drawn in the same visit.
MD Pulmonary Medicine (Chandigarh), IDDCM
Asthma, COPD, persistent cough, breathlessness and sleep-related breathing trouble. PFT and nebulisation run on site, so treatment can start the same evening.
MD (Orthopaedics)
Back and knee pain, sports and road injuries, fractures and post-operative review — with vitamin D, calcium and uric acid drawn on the spot.
MBBS, MS, MCh (Gold Medal), PDF, FMAS, FIAGES
Kidney stones, prostate trouble, urinary infection and blood in the urine — with the KFT, urine routine and culture drawn in the same visit.
M.B.B.S.
General medical complaints, fever that will not settle and chest infection — with the routine bloods drawn at the same counter.

Same-day booking opens at 8.00 AM. A consultant may be called away to their hospital, so please ring +91 98614 51521 to confirm before you set out.
Every clinic we run in a week, laid out day by day. Today's column is marked. Nothing here is a call-centre slot — it is the same board our receptionist works from.
Dr. Pratik Mohapatra also sits 8.00 – 9.00 AM every day, and Dr. S. Das Mohapatra takes a Sunday 10.00 – 11.00 AM paediatric clinic — the two ways to see a consultant without giving up an evening.
At most clinics the consultation ends with a slip and a bus ride to a laboratory. Here the laboratory is through the next door, which is why so many of our patients walk out with the answer rather than an appointment.
Ring +91 98614 51521 or use the form below. Same-day booking opens at 8.00 AM; we tell you the consultant's fee on the call, before you come.
Clinics run to a list, not a queue, so the wait is short. Bring any old reports, prescriptions and the medicines you are taking.
If a test is advised, the draw happens a few steps away — no fresh trip, no fresh appointment, and no bill for a collection charge.
Routine results reach WhatsApp in about six hours after a pathologist signs them off. If the consultant is still in clinic, they read it that same evening.
Every investigation below runs inside the Jagamara centre. Grouped by the consultant most likely to ask for it, so you can see what one visit can settle.
Hearing thresholds, middle-ear pressure and a look at the voice box — usually finished before the consultation ends.
Brain-wave recording and nerve conduction studies, done here and handed to the same neurologist who ordered them.
Spirometry to measure how much air you actually move, and a nebuliser on the spot when breathing needs help first.
The routine work behind diabetes, blood pressure and thyroid review — drawn here and reported the same day.
Haematology, biochemistry, serology and microbiology in our own lab; histopathology and specialised assays through Agilus (SRL), Redcliffe, Thyrocare and GD Labs.
Small procedures a consultant may want done straight away, handled by our nursing staff without an admission.
It is far better to have one. Clinics run to a list, and consultants sit for an hour or two before returning to their hospital, so a walk-in may find the list already full. Same-day booking opens at 8.00 AM on +91 98614 51521.
The fee depends on the consultant and their speciality. We quote it on the call before you come, and nothing is charged for booking. Tests are billed separately at the prices listed on our tests page.
Any earlier reports and scans, the prescriptions you are on, and the actual strips or bottles of medicine if you are unsure of the names. For a child, bring the immunisation card as well.
Yes — that is the point of running the clinic and the laboratory in one building. Blood drawn by about 7 PM is usually reported the same night for routine investigations, and the consultant can read it before they leave.
Yes. Dr. S. Das Mohapatra takes a paediatric clinic on Sunday from 10.00 to 11.00 AM, and Dr. Pratik Mohapatra and Dr. Yera Dhanurdhar sit on Sundays too. The centre itself is open 7.00 AM to 1.00 PM on Sunday.
Occasionally. Our consultants are attached to SUM, AIIMS, Apollo, SCB and Hi-Tech, and an emergency at their hospital comes first. We ring every booked patient when a clinic shifts — and it is why we ask you to confirm before setting out.
No. You can book any of the clinics directly. If you are not sure which one fits your complaint, tell us what is troubling you on the call and we will point you to the right consultant rather than the first free slot.
Yes. A report from our free home collection sits in the same records as one drawn at the counter, so bring the WhatsApp copy or just your phone number and we will print it at the desk before you go in.
Something else on your mind? Call +91 98614 51521 — someone at the desk will tell you plainly whether a consultation is worth your evening.
Share your details and our team will call back to confirm the consultant, the fee and the time. If the clinic you want is full, we will offer you the next one rather than leave you guessing.
