1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, booking a test, or having a sample collected by our team, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or our services. Where a test is booked on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to share that person's details with us.

2. Our services

Kamini Clinic & Labs provides pathology testing, ECG, EEG, PFT, audiometry and preventive health checkup packages, together with free home sample collection within our service area in Bhubaneswar. Certain specialised tests may be outsourced to accredited partner laboratories; we will tell you if that applies to your test.

We may add, change or withdraw a test, package or service at any time. Availability of a particular test, slot or service area is not guaranteed until we confirm your booking.

3. Bookings and home collection

• A booking request placed through this website, by phone or in person is a request only. It is confirmed once our team confirms the slot with you.
• Please provide accurate name, age, sex, phone number and address. Reports are prepared from the details you give us; incorrect details may mean a report has to be re-issued.
• Home collection is available within our published service area and hours. Our phlebotomist will carry an identity card — please ask to see it.
• If nobody is available at the address at the agreed time, or the patient is not prepared for the test, the visit may need to be rescheduled.
• We may decline to collect a sample where doing so would be clinically unsafe or where a required prescription is not available.

4. Test preparation

Some tests require fasting or other preparation. We will tell you what is needed when your booking is confirmed, and it is your responsibility to follow those instructions. A sample given without the required preparation may produce a result that cannot be interpreted, and a repeat test may be chargeable.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change without notice. The price applicable to your test is the one confirmed at the time of booking or billing.
• Package contents and prices may be revised. Discounts and offers apply only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless we say so.
• Payment is due at the time of sample collection or report release, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• A receipt is issued for every payment. Please retain it for any refund or correction request.

6. Reports and turnaround times

Turnaround times shown on this website are typical, not guaranteed. Actual timing depends on the test, the condition of the sample, the need for a repeat run, and factors outside our control such as power or transport disruption. Where a delay is expected, we will inform you.

Reports are released to the patient or an authorised person, and to the referring doctor where you have asked us to. Digital reports are sent to the contact details recorded at booking. Where a result is critically abnormal, we will attempt to contact you or your doctor promptly.

7. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge before the sample has been collected — please call us as early as you can.
• Once a sample has been collected and processing has begun, the test charge is generally not refundable.
• Where a test could not be performed for a reason attributable to us, or you were charged in error, we will refund the amount to the original payment method, normally within seven to ten working days.
• Package bookings that are partly used are refundable only for the components not yet processed.

8. Medical disclaimer

The information on this website — including test descriptions, package contents and general health content — is for awareness only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified doctor.

A laboratory report is one input into a clinical decision. Do not start, stop or change any medication on the basis of a report alone. Always discuss your results with your doctor. If you have severe or worsening symptoms, seek medical attention immediately rather than waiting for a test result.

9. Use of this website

• Use the website only for lawful purposes connected with our services.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, or to disrupt its operation.
• Do not submit false details, or another person's details without their consent.
• We may suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time, including for maintenance, without notice.

10. Intellectual property

The name, logo, page designs, text and graphics on this website belong to Kamini Clinic & Labs or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal or clinical use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Kamini Clinic & Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, from reliance on general information published here, or from a delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for negligence in the performance of a diagnostic service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them or out of our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
